Job summary

Aspen Utility Company, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise associates, and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate material orders, provide coaching, maintain organized facilities, and communicate with field crews. Forklift certification preferred; prior supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of Warehouse Associates, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate work.
• Assign daily work and material orders, including concrete production, wood cutting, and yard cleaning.
• Review picks for accuracy prior to fulfillment and monitor productivity, accuracy, and timing.
• Notify field crews via email after orders are packed to confirm materials are accounted for.
• Ensure orders are staged, labeled, and organized for efficient pickup.
• Coordinate material pickups, verify packing slips, obtain signatures, and photograph releases.
• Investigate discrepancies on pick tickets and resolve with approver before release.
• Coach and train warehouse staff; uphold safety policies and a culture of accountability.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse/yard and secure facility at opening/closing.
