Job summary

Aspen Utility Company, a Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE:PWR) company, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise associates, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a safe, efficient environment.

The role focuses on coordinating work, monitoring productivity, and maintaining organized, well-labeled inventory while supporting field operations and maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Assign daily work including material orders, production, wood cutting, and cleaning.
• Review picks to verify correct materials and quantities before fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity, pick accuracy and completion times to meet performance expectations.
• Notify field crews via email after orders are packed and verified.
• Ensure orders are staged, labeled, and organized for pickup.
• Coordinate pickups by verifying packing slips, obtaining signatures, and photographing materials.
• Investigate discrepancies on pick tickets with appropriate approver before release.
• Provide coaching and feedback to warehouse staff on performance.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, professional warehouse environment.
• Handle daily opening/closing and secure the facility for operations.
• Participate in warehouse wait-time and other special projects.
