Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee loading, unloading, picking and packing of customer products in our warehouse. You will assign work, supervise associates, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse, 18+ years old, a HS diploma, ability to work in varying temperatures, and experience with WMS and MS Office. You will report to warehouse leadership and help drive efficient, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to perform physically demanding duties in a warehouse with variable temperatures.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise them.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Advise associates on care and preservation of product and safety procedures.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and assist with warehouse functions.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Work cooperatively with leadership and other staff.
