Job summary

Stord Warehousing, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Operations Lead to oversee loading, unloading, picking, and packing of products. You will assign work to warehouse staff and ensure safety policies are followed to meet customer needs.

The role requires at least two years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. You’ll report to the site operations manager and drive productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of warehouse experience.
• Must be eighteen years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties in varying conditions.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written and/or oral instruction.
• Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them to maintenance.
• Advise associates on care and preservation of product and use of equipment.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through assisting associates in warehouse functions.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse staff and leadership.
• Adhere to safety policies to ensure safe working conditions.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
