Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an Operations Lead for night shift to oversee warehouse activities including loading, unloading, picking and packing. The role involves assigning work to associates, supervising tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, a high school diploma, experience with WMS, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Able to perform physically exerting duties in variable temperatures.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise execution.
• Oversee loading, unloading, picking and packing of products.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment and coordinate with maintenance.
• Advise on care and preservation of product and equipment usage.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and safety adherence.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership to meet goals.
• Follow site safety policies and guidelines at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
