Job summary

The successful candidate will lead hourly associates, oversee personnel records, and develop training, while producing productivity reports and ensuring adherence to budget targets.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Plan production/staffing needs on a daily, weekly, period basis.
• Promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Oversee personnel records for all associates and conduct training for hourly associates.
• Generate distribution/service center productivity reports and track labor hours within budget.
