Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervising staff and Manager on daily operations.
• Promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan daily/weekly staffing needs.
• Collaborate with all areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Meet order accuracy requirements and expectations.
• Lead hourly associates and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Maintain personnel records for all associates.
• Develop and train hourly staff.
