Qualifications

• 37 years supervision experience in Distribution.
• Associate Degree.
• Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage staffing, training, evaluation and development.
• Leadership skills that promote respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production activities in a fast paced warehouse.
• Plan and control operating costs and facility budgets.
• Maintain operational standards and correct conditions affecting safe behaviors.
• Manage and maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow proper work methods to maximize productivity.
• Ensure order accuracy and uphold Customer 1st focus on quality receiving and shipping.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
