Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of receiving, selection and loading of product, and to maintain productivity levels for hourly associates while modeling the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will communicate with fellow supervisors, manage safety and sanitation, plan staffing, monitor order accuracy, and coach direct reports to meet performance goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• High School or greater educational (degree preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, especially

Responsibilities

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Manage and promote safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production/staffing need on a daily, weekly, period basis.
• Work with all areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements/expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates.
• Oversee the personnel records for all associates.
• Help develop and train hourly associates.
• Generate distribution/service center productivity reports regarding labor standards.
• Supervise and coach direct reports in performance of duties; provide feedback.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
