Job summary

Customized Distribution Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 20 warehouse staff in our Weaversville, PA distribution center.

The role requires guiding day-to-day operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving high performance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 warehouse employees and support staff.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Allocate labor and equipment to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and overall operational performance.
