Job summary

Customized Distribution Service seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for 1st and 2nd shifts in Weaversville, Allentown, PA. You’ll lead a team of about 20 warehouse staff, guide daily operations, and drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• An associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 warehouse associates and support staff
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Allocate labor and equipment to meet operational demands and customer expectations
• Partner with shipping office personnel and operations leadership to ensure accurate and timely customer order fulfillment
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and overall operational performance
• Prepare shift, labor, and operational reports
• Communicate company goals, expectations, and operational priorities to employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement
• Address day-to-day employee and operational concerns using sound judgment and consistent leadership
