Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Distribution to lead a diverse frontline team across our distribution network. You will coach and develop staff, drive process improvements, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, KPI-driven performance, and collaboration with management to sustain DHL's reputation as a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1 year operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement; provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
