Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a qualified Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient flow of goods and cost-effective operations. The role oversees multiple departments and focuses on productivity, safety, and performance.

The successful candidate will have 1+ year of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of supervisor experience or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and return processing activities
• Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer’s demands
• Train, coach, engage and develop employees on efficient work methods for improved accuracy, efficiency and safety
• Interview, hire and onboard employees to sustain a successful onboarding experience
• Lead and participate in corporate training programs for direct reports to support career progression
• Manage hourly employee scheduling through workforce management software (UKG)
• Monitor performance, year-end reviews, scheduling and development meetings
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer profits
• Maintain knowledge of contractual requirements and Key Performance Metrics
