Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate II in Cranbury Township, NJ. This role supports inbound or outbound activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met during order picking, packing, and shipping.

You will use WMS, operate material handling equipment, and participate in cross-training across warehouse areas. Emphasis on safety and accurate, timely fulfillment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• RF scanner and WMS experience preferred.
• Overtime with little notice may be required.
• Follow safety and PPE policies and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, packing and loading.
• Pick large items with equipment or small items to designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist as needed.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control, and ensure safety.
• Handle routine tasks and resolve simple problems.
• Attend associate meetings and report concerns to management.
