Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise and optimize warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. You will direct the warehousing team, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive safety, productivity, and quality initiatives across daily shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a preferred associate degree in logistics or related field, and at least 3 years of forklift experience along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business-related field (Preferred).
• 3 years of Forklift experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Warehouse Management System experience.
• Must be able to excel in a team-oriented environment and be comfortable leading teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Protects the accuracy, integrity, and salability of inventory by following SOPs and meeting cycle count accuracy expectations.
• Directs warehousing team and ensures efficient operations.
• Runs reports to determine actions to maximize building capacity.
• Completes inbound and outbound documentation.
• Reads and prepares written reports.
• Uses the company’s WMS and timekeeping system.
• Handles products according to procedures and communicates changes to staff.
• Maintains safety, quality, and productivity initiatives across operations.
