Job summary

ORW USA INC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely deliveries while utilizing RF scanners and warehouse software to track movement and accuracy. Forklift operation and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely customer deliveries.
