Job summary

ORW | 4WP is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in Corona, CA. This full-time role directs staff, coordinates shipping/receiving, and ensures inventory accuracy and on-time deliveries.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, safety-minded, and capable of leading a team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Forklift operation and RF scanning experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Train and coach warehouse staff on procedures and safety standards.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor completion of priorities.
• Serve as lead point of contact for warehouse staff when management is unavailable.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
