Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift responsibilities.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Brainstorm and suggest process improvements to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Identify and communicate problems to management; help find solutions.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Train staff on SOPs and WIs.
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse; manage labeling and staging for delivery.
• Ensure product is stored safely and in the proper place.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
