Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a Warehouse Lead to collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor in setting daily priorities, directing the team, and ensuring high-quality service to distribution centers, customers, and suppliers.

The role requires 2–5 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with Import/Export processes, inventory controls, and OSHA regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years' warehouse experience with knowledge of Import/Export receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly workload with Supervisors.
• Direct team to meet daily objectives and provide leadership.
• Assist employees with exceptions and problem resolution.
• Unload/load shipments and manage put away and replenishment.
• Receive and select products; perform item demand/checks.
• Train and assess new employees; ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate issues or suggestions to Supervisor.
• Mentor and develop team members; lead meetings.
