Job summary

McGrath RentCorp in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to organize, direct, and supervise warehouse teams. You will load/unload, receive, store, and ship materials, and operate forklifts to move items within the facility.

Must have 3+ years in warehouse roles, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead multiple teams. Schedule: M-F 6:00am–2:30pm. Great benefits and a safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading warehouse teams and coordinating material flow.
• Proficiency with Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of LEAN processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct and supervise the work of warehouse employees.
• Receive and enter materials into warehouse management system.
• Maintain and execute materials management programs.
• Operate forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Document and maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness in production areas.
• Apply LEAN methods to optimize warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with purchasing to track equipment and materials.
• Interact with vendors and perform basic purchasing tasks.
• Keep material vouchers reviewed and distributed.
• Conduct safety observations and perform other duties as assigned.
