Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to organize, direct, and supervise warehouse staff. The role includes loading/unloading, operating forklifts, and managing inventory through the warehouse management system.

The position requires at least 3 years in warehouse/construction environments, with proficiency in Excel and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

Ability to follow spoken and written instructions.
Experience in warehouse/construction environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Organize, direct and supervise the work of warehouse employees.
Receive and enter materials into the warehouse management system.
Maintain and execute materials management programs.
Operate forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
Document and maintain inventory and ensure production area organization and cleanliness.
Apply LEAN processes to reduce waste and keep operations efficient.
Coordinate with purchasing to track equipment and materials.
Interact with vendors and perform basic purchasing tasks.
Maintain inventory and coordinate orders with purchasing.
Review and distribute material vouchers.
Conduct safety behavioral observations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
