Job summary

TA Dedicated, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Indiana to supervise dock operations, manage loading and unloading shipments, and keep the work area organized and safe.

You will coordinate material flow, assist teammates, provide training, track daily documentation, and ensure safety standards are applied in coordination with the management team.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse/manufacturing, forklift experience, and solid computer skills to document daily activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months forklift experience.
• Strong computer usage skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Good critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shop floor operations run smoothly and safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate and support movement of materials and products throughout the warehouse to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Assist team members with daily tasks and provide training at the direction of management.
• Track, complete, and file documentation in support of day-to-day operations.
• Load, move, secure, and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and transport vehicles.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy to ensure timely and complete delivery.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Operate pneumatic tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, overhead cranes).
• Load containers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
