Mach10 Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Yard Operator to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate loading/unloading of freight while safely operating heavy equipment. You will work the first shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) with overtime as needed, hold a GED or high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal communication abilities to ensure tasks are executed accurately and safely.
• Prior background in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery in outdoor construction or storage yard environments.
• Familiarity with operating equipment like Telehandlers, All-Terrain forklifts, and cranes is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate a commitment to punctuality, safety, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility material inventory through systematic cycle counts, organized staging, and general facility maintenance.
• Utilize heavy JLG machinery to maneuver utility supplies weighing as much as 12,000 pounds.
• Help maintain an orderly outdoor storage area by performing inventory counts, sorting materials, and documenting any damaged goods.
• Handle the loading and unloading of freight from trailers and trucks.
• Transport supplies to nearby yards using company pickup trucks or flatbeds, with no requirements for overnight stays.
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members and external vendors to ensure project completion.
• Serve as a yard spotter to enhance safety during heavy equipment maneuvers.
