Job summary

McGrath RentCorp is seeking a warehouse supervisor to organize and direct a team of workers in our Indiana facility. You will load/unload materials, operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure clean, organized production areas.

The role emphasizes LEAN principles and close coordination with purchasing and vendors. Candidates should have 3+ years in warehouse or construction environments, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather while

Qualifications

• Able to work outside in variable weather conditions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to follow spoken and written instruction.
• Understand and apply safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to guide and lead multiple teams.
• Prior experience in warehouse/construction.
• 3+ years in warehouse/construction industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct and supervise the work of warehouse employees.
• Receive and enter materials into warehouse management system.
• Maintain and execute materials management programs.
• Operate forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Document and maintain inventory and ensure production area organization and cleanliness.
• Apply LEAN processes to reduce waste and keep operations efficient.
• Coordinate with purchasing to track equipment and material.
• Interact with vendors and perform basic purchasing responsibilities.
