Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities to align with warehouse targets and standards.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor, DC Manager and Director of Operations to avoid downtime and meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of daily shipments and inventory transactions; train and cross-train associates.
• Monitor and ensure a safe work environment; lead by example and uphold Code of Conduct.
• Supervise Warehouse Associates and coordinate staffing with department managers.
• Conduct cycle counts and audit outgoing shipments for accuracy; report discrepancies.
