Job summary

Bauer Built in Rochester, MN is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control. You’ll lead by example in safety, productivity, and quality, guiding a team to meet daily goals and coordinate cross-department workflow.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing and strong communication and organizational skills, with forklift/Pallet jack experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.
Serve as a hands-on leader, setting an example for safety, productivity, and quality standards.
Assign and monitor tasks to warehouse associates to meet daily goals.
Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
Communicate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and coordinate workflow.
Enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently.
Delivery driver duties as assigned.
Tire Technician work as needed.
