Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• ISO experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification and OSHA certification preferred.
• Must be organized and able to make changes swiftly.
• A reliable and punctual team player.
• Detail oriented for accurate inventory counts.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible and capable of working various shifts.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inbound, outbound, and inventory cycle counts and manage, retrieve, and organize stock.
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations and policy requirements.
• Fulfill customer order requirements with efficiency and accuracy to meet delivery expectations.
• Maintain a clean work area following 5’s standards and participate in sustainability initiatives.
• Work with the Distribution Center Supervisor to identify and improve productivity and quality.
• Manage facility vehicles such as lift trucks, sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Adhere to ISO standards and participate in regular safety, quality, and performance training.
