Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Data entry and computer skills may be required.

Responsabilités

• Execute the organization’s values, mission, strategy, and standards to achieve the vision of Schnellecke Logistics.
• Apply core technologies and procedures to ensure best practices in the area.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to create more efficient procedures.
• Ensure warehouse personnel comply with SOPs, policies, and workloads.
• Manage resources (people, materials, tools) to support the production plan.
• Direct processes to meet service level goals with the client.
• Validate action plans to meet quality limits.
• Pursue operational excellence to achieve strategic indicators and tactical initiatives.
• Authorize area expenditures within budget and policies.
• Communicate with the client and management.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow safe work procedures and safety rules.
• Assist with budget planning as required.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Shift Manager.
