Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to lead the operational area, align with client requirements, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage supervisors and warehouse staff, allocate manpower, monitor KPIs, and ensure performance and safety standards across the facility.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires 5+ years in logistics leadership, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, service levels, and KPI management.
• Experience budgeting, labor planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Execute company policies and operational standards to support objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate workload management.
• Manage human, material, and automated resources to support plans.
• Direct daily operations to meet service levels and client expectations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and Early Warning Indicators.
• Approve departmental expenditures within budgets.
• Communicate performance and risks to leadership and clients.
• Plan manpower and analyze labor hours to optimize productivity.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
