Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the warehouse area in alignment with the quality management system and client requirements. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure SOP adherence, and manage resources to meet production plans and service levels.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, with potential data entry and computer tasks as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations area to comply with quality management system and client requirements.
• Apply core business technologies and central procedures to ensure best practices.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to create efficient procedures.
• Ensure warehouse personnel follow SOPs, policies and workload demands.
• Manage resources (people, materials, tools) to support production plans.
• Direct processes to meet client SLA goals.
• Validate action plans to achieve defined quality limits.
• Exercise operational excellence to meet strategic indicators.
• Authorize expenditure within budget and company policies.
• Communicate with Schnellecke Logistics and client management.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Assist with budget planning as required.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Shift Manager.
