Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Glenwillow, OH facility. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, ensure accurate inventory handling, and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse procedures, and a commitment to efficiency. Base salary plus bonus potential is offered, with a schedule Sunday through Thursday and competitive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team.
• Experience in foodservice or distribution industry preferred.
• OSHA forklift certificate and related equipment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products for the shift.
• Oversees warehouse staff including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Ensures timely, accurate, and complete order pulling and proper loading on trucks/trailers.
• Maintains FIFO inventory rotation and proper stocking of received goods.
• Upholds safety protocols and health & safety program compliance.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager and uses WMS to monitor productivity.
