Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse, contract packaging or customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate data and numbers.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer service liaison with scheduling, trucks, and load tendering.
• Outreach to customers to drive additional business.
• Provide timely, professional written and verbal correspondence.
• Maintain accurate inventory and data entry.
• Prepare pick tickets and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Pull inventory from 3PL and generate reports.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and records kept.
• Handle issues with urgency and escalate as needed.
• Work safely and maintain punctuality.
