Job summary

Jazwares in Sumner, WA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct daily warehouse operations, assign work, supervise picking, receiving and replenishment, and ensure order accuracy while driving safety and efficiency.

You will coach staff, manage shift coverage, and coordinate with the area manager while maintaining WMS knowledge and safety programs. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification, with occasional overtime and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
• 0-3 years of leadership experience.
• Forklift Certification required – must maintain current certification on standup high-reach, sit-down forklift and transporters.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet goals and objectives.
• Assign daily work and supervise picking, receiving, and replenishment.
• Organize outgoing orders and verify order accuracy.
• Identify areas for improvement and update procedures.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure training compliance.
• Coach and mentor staff and coordinate with area management.
