Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct and oversee warehouse operations at our Novi location. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor in freight scheduling.

Responsibilities include daily staffing, directing shipping/receiving, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and ensuring OSHA-compliant safety programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong math and basic calculations.
• Competent in Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control.
• Oversee Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per OSHA and company policy.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
