Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and analyze data; basic math skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office; willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put-away, and shipping activities for efficiency.
• Plan and schedule staffing to cover absences and peak periods.
• Coach staff on safety, performance, and business practices.
• Monitor productivity and coordinate with Transportation and Inventory Control.
• Ensure warehouse integrity, security, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate payroll-related timekeeping and records.
