Job summary

Hybrid Digital in Lewis Center, OH, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations supporting production and distribution. You will oversee receiving, stocking, inventory control, and outbound shipping to ensure accurate, timely flow of goods.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and a willingness to work variable hours; peak seasons may require evenings/weekends. Prior warehouse experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse team to meet production and distribution goals.
• Direct day-to-day flow: receiving, stocking, replenishment, inventory control, and outbound shipping.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve peak performance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Monitor costs and adherence to safety standards; coordinate forklift and equipment maintenance.
