Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure partner needs are met while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will supervise shifts, train new staff, and oversee scheduling, data entry, and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external partners.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
• Proficient PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure partner needs are met on a daily basis.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily and report to leadership.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone Logistics policies and safety rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Schedule associate shifts based on partner requirements.
• Assist with interviewing, orientation and training of new associates.
• Dock level negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
• Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.
• Comply with administrative reporting and financial policies and procedures.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll records.
