Job summary

The position requires experience supervising warehouse staff, ensuring safety and efficiency, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Proficiency with MS Office and budgeting is expected, with opportunities to contribute to site budgets and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Able to train, coach and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets, read P&L statements and create management reports.
• Proficient with MS Office products; intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and create daily work logs.
• Transmit daily logs to corporate; audit labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily; resolve issues.
• Supervise data entry and payroll records; contribute to budgeting.
