Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven customer service experience with internal and external clients.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing abilities.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reading P&L statements and preparing management reports.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and maintain records.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Enforce Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and participation.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; interview and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services; complete daily closeout including payroll records.
