Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a high-energy associate for an entry-level path to management in a warehouse environment. You will perform stretch routines, safety observations, and support leadership while learning all aspects of receiving, unloading, and loading operations both solo and in teams.

You will be exposed to yard marshalling duties, pallet movement, and working with forklift or pallet jack to manage pallets and cases, with opportunities for growth and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations.
• Support management.
• Coaching.
• Training.
• Communication with leadership.
• Plus all the yard marshalling duties.
• Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Handle movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
