Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Operations Supervisor to implement business plans, manage staffing, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.

You will lead and develop associates, monitor productivity, and support budgeting and reporting. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a dynamic warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven supervision of warehouse employees including hiring, training and termination.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the business plan for the assigned area by managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet facility goals.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through consultation and corrective action.
• Monitor productivity by reviewing business reports and managing budgets; support site and department budgets.
