Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead Shipping, Receiving, Stocking, and Order Fulfillment activities at our Greenwood, IN site. You will coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and drive safety, productivity, and cost performance.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, process improvements, and collaboration with sales and purchasing to maintain smooth operations. Bachelor’s preferred with strong forklift and warehouse best-practices knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse or logistics role.
• Material handling and forklift experience mandatory.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staff and performance.
• Interview and provide feedback to HR team.
• Direct and manage a functional team including hiring and performance appraisals.
• Lead a large team and foster a productive work environment.
• Implement training programs for staff onboarding and skills.
• Manage staffing and labor planning to meet operations.
