Job summary

Wurth Industry USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of warehouse/distribution tasks. The role requires operating at least one distribution activity such as receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, or shipping on a regular basis.

The position emphasizes safety and efficiency in a quality, productivity-driven environment with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Candidates should have 1–2 years in material handling and a valid forklift certification; physical

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck; must pass forklift training and maintain certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team.
• Ability to read, interpret and comprehend documents such as training instructions and shipping tickets.
• Lifting up to 80 pounds; frequent 40–60 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk 8–10 hours per day.
• Experience with RIF Scanner to track inventory preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
• Receive, unload and verify incoming freight. Visually inspect parts.
• Verify quantities and correct stocking processes; handle overstock appropriately.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment and routing to processing areas.
• Safely pick and package products, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
• Verify orders against slips and load for shipping.
• Communicate and resolve issues like damages or inventory discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse facilities.
