Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale distribution/logistics operations with budget responsibility.
• Experience leading employees and supporting development.
• Experience with OSHA safety programs.
• Strong communication across levels.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations and facilities support.
• Experience with AS400 and RF/bar-coding technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and fulfillment goals.
• Monitor performance and improve operational processes and metrics.
• Develop and manage labor and operating budgets.
• Analyze data to drive improvements and support decisions.
• Coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
