Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 5+ years of related supervisory distribution experience.
• Experience supervising up to 50 associates in a distribution environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse and distribution management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 50 associates and drive continual process improvement.
• Improve labor productivity and key performance indicators.
• Ensure accuracy in order flow, inventory management, and cost control.
• Promote safety leadership and Coach/mentor staff.
