Polaris Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Leader in Huntsville, AL to manage daily operations, staffing, and performance for safe, efficient order fulfillment.
You will drive continuous improvements, oversee budget, and develop the team across cross-functional partners. You will lead daily operations within a global distribution center supporting the manufacturing operations in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will oversee staffing, processes, and performance to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment of orders. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and lead a team to meet operational goals while driving continuous improvement. You will also manage budgets, support employee development, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on operational performance and team effectiveness at scale.
