Tri-Supply is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Leader in Texas to recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff. You will manage receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment while ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee forklift operations, coordinate deliveries and special customer requests, and drive continuous improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. A background in warehouse leadership and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to lead teams and manage priorities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates with training and performance coaching
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of trucks and proper handling of products
• Manage inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Ensure efficient use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
• Monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse per policies
• Coordinate deliveries, assembly, and special customer requests
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with store management and vendors to ensure service
