Job summary

Cadence Petroleum Group is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinating with the Facility Manager to plan schedules, staffing, and routes. The role includes loading/unloading, inventory accuracy, and maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Team leadership, strong customer service, and professional interaction with customers and suppliers are essential, with opportunities to contribute to operational efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the warehouse associates, dispatch routes, and support delivery drivers
• Work closely with the Facility Manager to plan, monitor and execute schedules and adjust staffing
• Manage inbound and outbound loading and unloading of trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Maintain productivity, customer service and safety standards daily
• Provide superior customer service and maintain professional relations with customers and suppliers
• Communicate objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods to employees
• Apply knowledge of schedules, delivery times, traffic volume and routes to increase efficiencies
• Load and unload products according to size of load and content description
• Present a professional image to enhance the company's image
• Perform other related duties as assigned
