OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Generalist to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. You will process stock, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to learn warehouse systems. Forklift experience is preferred or the ability to become certified.

Responsabilités

• Fill, package, and process stock packing slips to prioritize order fulfillment.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments with carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Review receipts for backordered items and fulfill orders as inventory allows.
• Prepare and stage materials for customer deliveries and sales staff.
• Receive, inspect, and store inventory with proper bin locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock management.
• Assist technicians and sales by locating materials as needed.

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23/hr. to $28/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

The Warehouse Generalist is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, packaging, order fulfillment, and general warehouse maintenance. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do:

• Fill, package, and process stock packing slips from daily print jobs, prioritizing order fulfillment each morning.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other parcel and freight carriers.
• Review incoming receipts for backordered items and fulfill customer orders as inventory becomes available.
• Package, stage, and prepare work orders for production and delivery.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately put away inventory, including assignment of proper bin locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support ongoing inventory management activities.
• Prepare and stage materials for customer deliveries, company truck deliveries, and sales personnel.
• Contact customers regarding will-call orders and coordinate pickup arrangements.
• Assist technicians, sales personnel, and other departments by locating and providing materials as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous small-parts assembly and light production work when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout shipping, receiving, and inventory storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet-moving equipment, in a safe manner.
• Support and provide backup coverage for all warehouse functions and responsibilities.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
