Greatjob in Cincinnati is seeking a Warehouse Generalist to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, packaging and order fulfillment. This role ensures accurate movement of materials in a safe, organized environment and requires dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include processing stock packing slips, inbound/outbound shipments, inventory reviews, staging for production, and assisting other departments with materials.

• Perform small-parts assembly and light production work when required.

Warehouse Generalist – Greater Cincinnati

About this role

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23/hr. to $28/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

The Warehouse Generalist is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, packaging, order fulfillment, and general warehouse maintenance. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Fill, package, and process stock packing slips from daily print jobs, prioritizing order fulfillment each morning.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other parcel and freight carriers.
• Review incoming receipts for backordered items and fulfill customer orders as inventory becomes available.
• Package, stage, and prepare work orders for production and delivery.
• Receive, inspect, and accurately put away inventory, including assignment of proper bin locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support ongoing inventory management activities.
• Prepare and stage materials for customer deliveries, company truck deliveries, and sales personnel.
• Contact customers regarding will-call orders and coordinate pickup arrangements.
• Assist technicians, sales personnel, and other departments by locating and providing materials as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous small-parts assembly and light production work when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout shipping, receiving, and inventory storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet-moving equipment, in a safe manner.
• Support and provide backup coverage for all warehouse functions and responsibilities.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
